Take, Make & Zoom: Origami Earrings

THIS PROGRAM WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY THROUGH ZOOM

Presenter: Jeniffer Rodriguez
Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 7:00 PM

Learn how to make your own origami earrings. Although we still need to do our programs virtually, Jeniffer will show you step-by-step what you will need to do and answer questions. We will also record the program, so you can go back and view again, pause, etc. if need be. This is the first in a series of programs that involve 'making', whether that is a craft or utilizing our library Makerspace machines - 3D Printer, Laser Cutter, etc.- it's all about making something tangible and fun!

Supplies will be provided*.  Once you have registered, come into the library to pick up a bag of supplies; we will have only enough for people that registered, but will make sure you have everything in advance of the program.  More information about picking up supplies will be sent to registrants later on.  You can also use your own if you already have them or would like to purchase on your own.  The list is below.

SUPPLIES (included unless otherwise specified)

  • Origami paper, a few sheets
  • Earring making kit
  • Varnish-Laquer in small plastic containers
  • Super Glue
  • Pliers (not supplied... could also use tweezers)
