Inspiring U is an adventure for your heart and mind, says creator Jerry Cianciolo, filled with spirited discussions of fascinating topics like food photography, etiquette, Tin Pan Alley, animal rights, limericks, the meaning of life, Picasso, the Supreme Court, emotional intelligence, American protest songs, scientific breakthroughs, ethics, and women inventors. Everyone participates in fun challenges, and weighs in with their thoughts and opinions. Best of all, says Cianciolo, there is no right or wrong answer, and no one is judged.
“The very OPPOSITE of a lecture hour, Inspiring U is part college seminar, part personal exploration, and part backyard barbecue. It’s vibrant and brimming with camaraderie, probing, and, perhaps best of all, a lot of laughter.”
Open to adults of all ages, Inspiring U runs from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Library on Mondays, December 2nd, 9th, and 16th. Limited to 15 and preregistration is required.
