Preschoolers can join Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor, Erin Mann, for yoga and mindfulness. Yoga activities are a great way to learn about fitness, relaxation, and meditation – while having fun at the same time! Children and caregivers can spread out on the grass with their own yoga mat, or towel.
This program is designed for Ages 3 – 6. Caregivers should be present during the session & are welcome to join in!
In the event of inclement weather or cold temps, this program will take place inside the library.
