Join registered dietician Leslie Bonci via Zoom as she shares nutrition myths and helps sort out facts from fiction. The abundance of nutrition misinformation can enrage rather than engage us in our quest to create a healthy selfie. Food elimination without justification can have unintended health consequences, and food choices should be something to cheer for, not fear. Let’s ditch the untrue and switch to a focus on choosing foods that work for you. Please register at ptlib.org/nutrition to receive the Zoom Invitation. If you do not have access to a computer or Zoom and want to attend this program, please contact Sydney Krawiec at 724-941-9430 ext. 3260.
