The library will be offering a yoga class on the 1st Thursday at 6:30pm and 2nd Wednesday at 10:30am of each month, taught by local yoga instructor Jillian McMorrow. Beginners slow vinyasa flow coordinates breath with movement through different variations of postures. It's a great way to balance, strengthen and stretch the body. Modifications for posture will be implemented if necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
