The library will be offering a yoga class on the 1st Thursday and 2nd Wednesday of each month, taught by a local yoga instructor. Beginners slow vinyasa flow is a floor/mat yoga that coordinates breath with movement through different variations of postures. It’s a great way to balance, strengthen and stretch the body. Modifications for posture will be implemented if necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
