Virtual Meditation Session

Help manage your stress and cultivate balance in your life with meditation. These sessions are a wonderful gathering for both beginners and experienced meditators to explore a variety of meditation techniques.

Our beloved meditation instructor Susan will be conducting a virtual meditation session on Tuesday, January 26th at 6:30pm. All are welcome to join in some relaxation.
