Join us and Samantha from Millbrook Yoga, for this online all level gentle flow yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners and will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, february 24th from 6pm to 7pm. Please have ready: a yoga mat, blocks (books or cans of soup), strap (belt, ties, scarf, hand towel), and either a small blanket or bath towel.
