Join President and Founder of Hudson Valley Paws For a Cause Pet Therapy Program Judy Audevard for this exciting workshop intended to familiarize the general public with the steps it takes to become involved with Animal-Assisted Activities. The group will also learn what is required to become a R.E.A.D. team (Reading Education Assistance Dogs). You will view actual videos of dogs at work and hear about visits that have been taking place in local health and veterans' hospitals and library facilities. Judy will also be bringing her Certified Therapy Dog, Lulu, with her!
