Anti-Racism: Activist Academy - A Learning and Discussion Group for Teens - Part 1

The Rye Youth Council and the Rye Free Reading Room are honored to have Ridvan Foxhall lead a presentation and brief Q&A on the topic of Anti-Racism for teens in grades 9+ and their parents. 

Ridvan Foxhall is the founder and Executive Director of New Era Creative Space a creative educational center dedicated to empowering children and youth to discover and work towards their highest potential by engaging in creative and therapeutic programs, and community service. Guided by the belief in the oneness of humanity, Ridvan Foxhall has facilitated monthly workshops on race over the past three years. She is a parenting coach, educator, and occupational therapist. She resides in Peekskill with her husband and two children.
