Heart Health Plus Hands Only CPR Training
Roland Castro-Boulware, from The American Heart Association, will provide training for Hands Only CPR. This is the current recommendation from The American Heart Association for most cases.
This training is NOT Heartsaver certification training.
Roland will also discuss key heart health behaviors and heart health factors.
