Taste and learn about traditional cheese styles, milk types and basic flavor profiles in this introductory class presented by Meredith Meder, ACS CCP.

There is a $5 tasting fee for this program due at the time of registration. Program fees are due within 3 days. Registrants with unpaid fees will be placed on the waiting list after 3 days.
