Sleep Sound, Sound Bath

Christine Santanastaso is back with a new date and a new time! Vibrations from quartz and Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Class will begin with a short overview and verbal meditation allowing everyone to get acclimated. Come prepared wearing comfortable clothes and bring a mat, blanket and pillow for you to get cozy while listening to the soothing sounds. Please register.
