Here is the list of EventKeeper services currently offered by Plymouth Rocket, Inc. To order services, please click ORDER in the menu above.
  PR-EK-01 EventKeeper Standard Service   $275.00  
The standard service is a one year subscription to EventKeeper. This allows your organization to have up to 300 events, 30 notes and 3 editors at any one time during the subscription year. Events may be deleted after they take place to make room for more events.
For many clients, this basic subscription will be all you need. The services listed below provide additional, optional features.
  PR-EK-02 EventKeeper Plus   $75.00  
This option is for organizations who want to store more events and notes than are available with the Standard Service. With this option, your organization can store an additional 300 events and 30 notes for your EventKeeper calendar. In addition, you may add up to 3 more EventKeeper editors.

If not purchased at the time of signing up with EventKeeper, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-03/SP Spanish Language Support   $40.00  
This addition to a Standard EventKeeper subscription allows your calendar to be configured to display a Spanish framework for your events. The translation of individual events must still be done by your organization. This service includes one additional Editor.

If not purchased at the time of signing up with EventKeeper, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-04 Private Events   $50.00  
This addition to a Standard EventKeeper calendar subscription allows editors to mark events as PRIVATE which will make them visible only to users who are logged in. This service includes one additional Editor.

If not purchased at the time of signing up with EventKeeper, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-06 One Extra Editor   $5.00  
This addition to a Standard EventKeeper calendar subscription increases the number of editors that may be created during the 1 year subscription.

This cost of this item is not prorated for partial years.
  PR-EK-07 Public Event Submission   $40.00  
This addition to a Standard EventKeeper calendar subscription allows the public to submit events. This service includes one additional editor plus customized email notifications of event submission and acceptance.

If not purchased at the time of signing up with EventKeeper, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-08 EKRegistration (Basic)   $125.00  
This addition to a Standard EventKeeper calendar subscription allows you to create a registration form for each of your events. Compare Basic and Advanced

  PR-EK-09 EKRegistration (Advanced)   $375.00  
This addition to a Standard EventKeeper calendar subscription allows you to create an advanced registration form for each of your events. Compare Basic and Advanced

If not purchased at the time of signing up with EventKeeper, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-09U EKRegistration Upgrade (Basic to Advanced)   $250.00  
This is a mid-year upgrade from the Basic version of EKRegistration to the Advanced version. You must have previously ordered EKRegistration Basic as an add-on to EventKeeper. This is intended as a mid-year upgrade so the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-10 EKRooms   $250.00  
This is a 1 year subscription to our Meeting Room Management System. This version will support management of rooms at one location.

If not purchased at the time of signing up with EventKeeper, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the Standard subscription.
  PR-EK-HOSTING Custom Page Hosting   $50.00  
Host a custom EventKeeper page for one year.
  PR-TK-01 TixKeeper Standard Service   $225.00  
The standard service is a one year subscription to TixKeeper. This allows your organization to track up to 1000 reservations at any one time for a period of 1 year. Includes 3 editors.

If you are an existing EventKeeper client, the cost of this service will be prorated to match the renewal date of the PR-EK-01 Standard Service.
  PR-TK-02 TixKeeper Authentication   $175.00  
This feature is used with TixKeeper to verify users. You may order this only after the Patron Authentication interface has been completed for your library. Please check with Plymouth Rocket if you are not sure about this.
  PR-TK-03-DISC Multiple Application Discount   ($50.00)  
Discount available to organizations that subscribe to both EventKeeper and TixKeeper. (Discount is applied prior to any prorating.)
