Dr. Bizilj will present fundamentals of Lyme disease and related co-infections. He will review common, and not so common, symptoms. He will provide an update on the complexities of testing, and will address the obstacles that must be overcome to achieve favorable outcomes. Lastly, he'll discuss preventative measures to avoid contracting tick-borne illnesses. Dr. Bizilj enjoys interactive question and answer sessions following his presentations.

Dr. Charles Bizilj has practiced emergency medicine for over 30 years.  During that time he has developed a keen interest and expertise in the management of tick borne illness. He now has a fully resourced and dedicated Lyme clinic in Ashford, CT.  Dr. Bizilj is a member of ILADS, and participates in numerous Lyme and Lyme related educational forums.
