This course offers an introduction to vegetable gardening – the art and the science. It addresses what is needed to grow a bountiful vegetable garden. It explores the key factors to achieving and sustaining gardening success. The course includes three spring classroom meetings and a visit to Common Good Gardens, a ½ acre working vegetable garden in Old Saybrook, CT.
