Join Miss Shari for this interactive yoga and movement class for toddlers and their caregivers.
Together, we will move and explore simple breath techniques, yoga postures, meditation and movement activities to engage
little minds and encourage creativity, imagination, coordination, balance, attention and quiet focus.
Dress in comfortable clothes, have water and open space to move. Yoga mat not required.
