Egg Drop Contest: STEM Challenge Info Session

Time to put your Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematical skills to the test by seeing if you can stop an egg from breaking when dropped out of the second floor of the library! Yup, we will be dropping eggs in the library. Anyone who can create a capsule that prevents their egg from breaking will win cool prizes.

Join us via Zoom for an informative meeting, where we'll go over the rules, the prizes, and tips and tricks for ways to keep your egg safe. You do not have to attend this meeting in order to compete.

Tuesday, June 8th: Egg Drop Contest

The egg drop contest will be held in person, by appointment. Call or email the STEM Lab to select a time slot between 4 - 8:30 PM, then come to the library and see if you can keep your egg safe!

Registration for the informational Zoom meeting on May 11th is welcome but not required. You can register online or by phone in order to receive the Zoom Meeting ID and password, as well as an email reminder. Please email us at if you have any questions.
