Meditation is a practice that quiets the mind and now more than ever we all need a little more peace. Learn the power that your mind has over your body and bring balance and harmony into your life through a mind-body connection.  Each class will include the following: affirmations, breathing exercises, face yoga, simple stretches and a couple of meditation sessions.

Before logging into this mediation session you may want to prepare by wearing comfortable clothes and creating a quiet space that will enhance your relaxation and peace.
