Build strength, flexibility and find ease in your body with this series of authentic Pilates classes with Tom Oksner. These low impact classes will help your posture and alignment, and increase your mobility and athletic performance. Suitable for all levels. Please have an exercise mat (yoga mat will work), or blanket and towel on the floor for cushioning.
