Join registered yoga instructor Jill Ackiron-Moses for this gentle form of yoga designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance, and reduce stress. Postures are done seated or using a chair for support. Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear, and bring a yoga strap and blocks if possible.
