Chair Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga which works your muscles and joints to increase flexibility/mobility, circulation, strength and balance.  It helps to firm and tone the body. The movements and postures in chair yoga encourages deep breathing, improved posture and meditation. It is said that chair yoga helps to reduce blood pressure, quicken recovery from injuries or surgery and improves sleep.  Chair yoga is a great way to experience overall well being in body and mind.
