Mount Sinai South Nassau and the Town of Hempstead are bringing COVID-19 to our community. UPDATE: THERE WILL BE NO FLU VACCINES. Additional information about the mobile unit and its schedule are posted on the hospital’s Facebook page @MountSinaiSouthNassau.

Nurses from Mount Sinai South Nassau will be administering vaccines for Covid, as well as Booster shots for Pfizer and J&J.  They will not have Moderna Booster shots. For booster shots, they will only give what you have already gotten.  Anyone coming with Pfizer vaccine will receive a Pfizer booster and anyone who had J&J vaccine will get the J&J booster.  They will not be able to give a Booster to anyone who had Moderna as they do not mix and match vaccines.  Also, at your first vaccination appointment, you should have received a CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card that tells you what COVID-19 vaccine you received, the date you received it, and where you received it.  Bring this vaccination card to your booster shot vaccination appointment.
