Charles Evans Center (CEC) in collaboration with New York State’s Project Hope offers emotional support to the COVID-19 pandemic affected communities in Nassau County.  NY Project Hope at Charles Evans Center provides crisis counseling services, support by self-empowerment and teaching stress coping skills, as well as linkage to community and healthcare resources for individuals / communities that can be of assistance to them in their time of need.  Talking with a crisis counselor is free, confidential, and anonymous.
