In this early evening series, instructor Paulette Silber will present a personalized version of 18 Form Qigong, which combines the beauty of Tai Chi movements with the healing effect of Qigong and Meditation. Simpler then Tai Chi, the fluid movements of 18 Form Qigong follow your breathing, creating a soothing sensation flowing through your body while relaxing your mind. Qigong involves weight transference and balance enhancement incorporated while standing. The warmups and meditations are mostly done seated, but then we move to full body warmups, and 18-Form Qigong movements while standing. Those who prefer to remain seated may do so.
