As we slow the flow down, you can foster a strong and safe yoga practice, with an emphasis on fundamentals and proper alignment. You will engage your mind, body and spirit through breath work and movement. This class will focus on building strength and flexibility, improving balance and range of motion, dissolving tension, and creating a deep sense of well-being that will stay with you long after you leave the mat.
