Book a forty-five minute one-on-one session to get assistance in one of the following areas:

• Browsing the Web/Internet basics
• Using one of the library’s databases
• Setting up or using your email account
• Downloading e-books, audiobooks and movies to your device (Hoopla or Libby)
• Using Microsoft Word or Excel
• Job applications or resume assistance

Please note that the library does not provide medical, legal, investment, or tax advice; however, staff will be happy to show you resources that can help with these topics.

The library staff does not offer maintenance or troubleshooting of personal devices.

Patrons must sign up at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduled appointment, and may make no more than two appointments per month.
