Grades 5-12

During the holiday season it's easy to get caught up and forget about those in need. In this program, teens will be purchasing the specific items on the Chemo Care Package List. The list can be picked up at Reference or emailed to you BUT below is the list if you need it. Just let Jillian know. You will have a month to purchase the items and put them in a special bag, ready to go. You will be making the Chemo Care Package at home yourself. Please hand in the Chemo Care Packages at Reference by Friday, December 9th. Donations will go to the Sloan Kettering in Commack. Two hours of community service will be given for this program. Register now.
