Meryl Streep is an American actress widely regarded as one of the greatest actors of her generation with a prolific career spanning over four decades, earning numerous awards and accolades for her performances. Streep's breakthrough in film came with her role in "Kramer vs. Kramer" (1979), where she won her first Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She went on to star in a series of critically acclaimed films such as "Sophie's Choice" (1982), "Out of Africa" (1985), "The Devil Wears Prada" (2006), and many more!
