Led by some of Cape Ann's best natural health care practitioners, learn simple ways to help ease stress, tips for better sleep, and better nutrition.*
From Meditation to Chinese Medicine, these programs offer a free and engaging opportunity to come together, learn and have fun while doing it.
Half hour presentations, followed by Q&A with the practitioners.
