To help with your job search stress, we are offering a series of half-hour programs to give you the tools to deal with that stress. Join Ilene Rudman for a series of four "Managing Stress During Your Job Search During A Pandemic" workshops throughout the month of June. Topics to be covered include Mindfulness Meditation, Guided Visualizations, Breathing Exercises and Affirmations/Cognitive Restructuring. Participants are invited to drop-into as many as they would like, but encouraged to attend as many as possible. The focus is on job seekers but anyone is welcome to attend.
