Making a pie is a fun and special way to celebrate Thanksgiving! For this recipe, we will bake a crust and make a no-bake filling that gets refrigerated in the crust. This recipe is egg-free. 

From America's Test Kitchen Kids:

Does your child love to bake or cook? Would they like to learn measurements, cooking basics, and how to follow a recipe? Recipes will be sent out in advance. Please buy the ingredients and have them ready for the class. An adult should be present to help kids microwave, use the oven, and cut ingredients as needed. Feel free to suggest favorite recipes to try, or to submit a brief video to share during class of your family baking/cooking.
