This week's dinner is: homemade Ricotta Gnocchi Mac & Cheese! To make these light and fluffy cheesy pillows of goodness, you’ll need the following ingredients: 15oz container Ricotta, 3 egg yolks, flour, parmesan, and salt. For the cheese sauce, you’ll need: milk, flour, butter (2 TBSP), cheddar cheese and optional parmesan, breadcrumbs and onion. No special equipment is required!
Open to chefs in grades 6 & up. Please register for each week separately. A zoom link & ingredients list will be emailed to you prior to the program.
