Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Vegetable Potstickers! We’ll be using Wonton wrappers for this recipe, which are found in the specialty refrigerated section. These are NOT the same as Egg Roll wrappers. You’ll need the following ingredients: your choice of vegetables to shred and chop (cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, etc), soy sauce and optional ginger, sesame oil, chives, green onions and honey.
