A beautiful new exhibit called
Picasso Portraits
has been installed at Munroe Center for the Arts
Created by our Special Artists, they made a Picasso portrait of themselves.
Picasso was a great artist who lived in 20 century (1881- 1973). He presented his artwork through many styles and some are Cubism, Surrealism and Expressionism. He used variety of colors to express his subjects. His colors are exciting and vibrant especially in Cubism style where he was focused on using geometrical shapes, shapes edges, to represent his amazing ideas. This portrait is reflection on Cubism period.

The theme of the exhibit is celebrating family, food, drink and traditions at the table. This is especially relevant after 2 years of isolation due to COVID. The exhibit will contain articles associated with sharing meals with family and friends.
