This interactive program is for people who want to improve the quality of their lives and are willing to invest their time and effort in a process to bring about change in their lifestyle. The workshop will include strategies for setting a vision, clarifying goals, managing multiple responsibilities, making measurable progress, and establishing boundaries and standards to support the desired lifestyle. Participants will leave equipped with practical Bible principles and lifestyle management strategies that can be applied in their daily lives. The information will help people position themselves to move forward and grow from being disadvantaged to making changes that will advance their sense of wellness and state of being.
