Talk Time volunteer Mimi Balsamo will share some information about the beautiful gardens around the library. We will also talk about things like: How is your summer going? Have you done anything fun this summer? What are your favorite summer activities? This event will end between 11:30am and 12:00pm.

Who should come to this program?

  • Adults interested in practicing their English conversation skills.
  • Adults who are able to walk a distance of 1.5 miles.
  • Some of our English Talk Time volunteer teachers will join the walk, as well.

Where will we meet?

On the lawn outside the Washington Street entrance of the Main Library (Quincy Center).

The Walking Route

Subject to change: The plan is to walk from the Main Library (40 Washington Street) to the Dorothy Quincy Homestead (34 Butler Road). And then back to the library. The walk will begin and end at the library.
