Ideas, plans, strategies and tactics for your business need to be grounded in reality-based insight. Market research helps you assess the potential of your target market, and make decisions about how to reach and sell them. Competitive research gives you an understanding of the companies you’re up against in reaching those customers, and the industry environment in which you are operating, which helps inform your company’s plans and positioning.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:  Joan Divor is an expert in research and planning tools with SCORE Southern NJ Branch of the Princeton Chapter. She is adept at connecting people with organizations, contacts, and resources that enable business owners to move ahead with plans and decisions.
