Robin Putnam, Research and Special Projects Manager from the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business
Regulation, and Amy Schram, the Community Relations Manager for the Better Business Bureau, will talk about how to spot and avoid scams, how to prevent identity theft, and what to do if you become a victim of identity theft. They will also give an overview of their respective offices and how to use their services.
