Keep yourself active in the winter months! Join us for a gentle movement practice that will communicate with all of the muscles and joints of your body. We will practice a series of dynamic stretches that will improve flexibility, increase blood flow, and build strength and balance. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to learn a simple full-body routine that you can personalize and do on your own. The offering will be on...
