Want to improve your cardiovascular health and overall energy levels? Learn from local health professionals how to: 

  • design your own successful fitness program to sustain an active lifestyle.  

  • set goals that challenge you. 

  • select your own exercise routine. 

  • maintain and monitor your fitness. 

  • learn what food and lifestyle choices promote heart health.  

  • understand how to implement these choices into your daily routine. 

1 hour. For ages 55+. Registration is required. Registrants are expected to attend all 3 program sessions.
