Virtual Workshop: Foundations of Equity LiteracyWednesday March 24, 2021
6:00 PM until 7:30 PM
If you want to better understand why the national conversation around racism and white supremacy has exploded over the past few years, this is the program for you.
Join facilitators from HB4 Diversity Inc. to take the first steps in understanding how our society continues to consciously and unconsciously reward and punish citizens based on the color of their skin. Foundations of Equity Literacy is a workshop that covers the basics of equity, racial equity lens, bias and more in 90 minutes.
HB4 Diversity Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to partnering with rural communities, schools, and businesses to advance equity education. As experts in adult learning facilitation, they ensure that their workshops appeal to the unique learning and processing styles of different adults. Their goal is for each participant to have an interactive and self-reflective experience for continuous learning and ongoing engagement.
