I work for the ORCSD at the central office, and we are starting our quest for the new superintendent.  I have been tasked with finding a location to hold our interviews and was wondering if this is something that you can advise me on pertaining to using your facility?  We are looking at November 13th from noon – 7:30/8:00 PM and then on November 14th from 2:00PM – 7:00/8:00 PM.  We would need a room that could hold 15-17 people which would include the interview committee and candidate and we would also need a small area we would use as a waiting area for an OR greeter and an incoming candidate to sit.

Additionally, we would like to have a lunch and a coffee/snack period later on the first day and a dinner break on the second day and wanted to make sure food and beverages were allowed in this area?
