A part of the library's Mental Health Awareness Week. This program for teens is a short 30-minute meditation designed with the purpose of cultivating self-care and self-esteem. Perfect timing for the end of a stressful year of schooling during the pandemic. If you haven't tried mediation as a tool to cope with stress, this short mediation is a great way to try it out.
