Gladwyne - What’s Up with Your Tail?

Presented by Teachers of Nature Animal we will learn to understand the uses of some animals tails and even learn to identify what an animal may be feeling. We will be discussing animal body language as well as a tails specific use for specific animals.

Elephants, horse and zebras use their tails to rid themselves of bugs, coatimundis and lemurs use their tails to identify troop members, dog's communicate happiness by wagging their tail and sugar gliders can use their tails to steer while gliding.
