Rutgers Virtual Wellness Seminar: Rethink Your Drink-Hidden Sugars

Many of today’s calories are consumed in the form of beverages. Learn about the different ways added and natural sugars show up in what we consume and their effects on health. Explore helpful tips for getting the most health benefit from your beverage, including antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. 

This LIVE  program will be offered by Family and Community Health Sciences Department Educator Sharese Porter, PhD, MPH,  Sr. Program Coordinator Supervisor, Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Burlington and Monmouth Counties.

This session will be conducted on Zoom and is free of charge. Registration and internet access are required to attend. Register below to receive emailed information on how to access the seminar. Registration closes on Monday, June 7 at noon; access link will be emailed same day before 4pm.
