Many of today’s calories are consumed in the form of beverages. Learn about the different ways added and natural sugars show up in what we consume and their effects on health. Explore helpful tips for getting the most health benefit from your beverage, including antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
This LIVE program will be offered by Family and Community Health Sciences Department Educator Sharese Porter, PhD, MPH, Sr. Program Coordinator Supervisor, Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Burlington and Monmouth Counties.
