Energize with Yoga all day!  Master Yogi Steven Russell of Becoming Yoga suggests movements to help invigorate, focus and activate brain and body.

Each virtual session is about 30 minutes; this program is free, no library card needed. 

Sessions change throughout the week  HERE   and/or on the Library's Website weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

All Library programs and concerts are protected by copyright law; recording in any manner is strictly prohibited.

Although moderate physical activity is safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk with your doctor before you start an exercise program.

Permission to present a program in library facilities or library website is not endorsement by the library.
