Yoga to De-Stress and Relax Series  includes Breathing, Stretching and Movement 

Unwind, improve flexibility, and relax your mind with Yoga. Master Yogi Steven Russell of Becoming Sound suggests three sequences to help de-stress your body and your mind. 

Series will continue each evening beginning at 5pm and will free-cycle throughout the month.
