EventKeeper : Tell a Friend
First Friday for Seniors: Stories for a Winter Day

Friday February 7, 2020
11:00 AM until 12:00 PM

For this special First Friday presentation, members of Storytellers Mosaic will share a variety of personal stories and traditional folktales designed to make you laugh and make you think. Audience members are invited to participate. All stories are four minutes or less.

Storytellers Mosaic was established in April 2013 to provide a supportive environment for storytelling at the Jersey Shore. Monthly open meetings are held at the Neptune Township Library. Members and visitors are invited to share stories (including folktales, personal stories, poetry, music and more) and discuss the art of telling. All stories are limited to 4 minutes or less so that everyone has the opportunity to participate. In addition, Storytellers Mosaic members present workshops and performances throughout the year at a variety of venues in Belmar, Bradley Beach, and Ocean Grove. They are always open to visitors.

Thanks to the Friends of the Monmouth County Library for providing the refreshments for First Fridays.
