Rutgers Virtual Wellness Seminar – Reading Food Labels
If you have every wondered what the numbers and information on packaged goods mean and how these help you to make healthier food choices, join us for this discussion on how to read food labels. Learn why reading labels is important and what they can tell you about the foods you eat.
This program will be offered by Family and Community Health Sciences Department Educator Sharese Porter, PhD, MPH, CHES, Sr. Program Coordinator Supervisor, Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Burlington and Monmouth Counties.
